Upon the first appointment the physiotherapist will ask you questions regarding your complaints, perform an examination and provide you with a complete picture of your symptoms. On this basis, the physiotherapist will together with you suggest and setup a treatment plan. An important part of the treatment is consistent exercise. This is intended to influence movement capabilities of joints and increase muscle strength. We find it very important to work on your recovery.
