Get fit and stay fit during your pregnancy! You can sign up as early as 16 weeks pregnant, up to delivery.

This ten-week program is a certificated and supervised training program in small groups (up to 8 persons) that is developed to keep you fit and healthy during your entire pregnancy.
The program contains cardiovascular work out, strengthening exercises as well as balance exercises. At the end of the session there will be some relaxation and breathing exercises.
You have the option to sign up for the theory lessons (4) and partner evening. You will get a lot of information about the pregnancy, anatomy, breathing techniques, en postpartum phase. The partner evening will prepare you and your partner for the delivery and postpartum period.
